A. U.S. Litigation

1. Nirvana Durbal v. Assoc. of Am. Med. Colleges, Case No. 1:25-cv-02537 (D.D.C. Sept. 24, 2026).

On Sept. 24, 2026, a D.C. federal judge struck several claims against the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) but allowed price-fixing claims based on AAMC’s standardized medical-school application fees to proceed.
